REACH BC connects British Columbians with the research that shapes our future. By simplifying how the public and researchers find each other, it helps clinical trials move forward faster and with greater inclusion.

In the 2024-25 impact report, you’ll see the difference those connections have made this year, including an increase in volunteers, new collaborations, and features to share back study and trial results.

Highlights include:

  • 8,500+ volunteers signed up on REACH BC — a 22% increase since 2024.
  • New collaborations and partnerships, including community studies and early phase clinical trials with Providence Health Care.
  • A new feature launched with the BC SUPPORT Unit, which enables researchers to share back study results, helping participants see how they’re making a difference.

An initiative of Clinical Trials British Columbia, REACH BC makes it easy for volunteers to discover opportunities to participate in research, and helps recruit participants into studies and clinical trials.
